State Tax Disclaimers

Tax Laws vary from State to State. We comply with all State Tax Laws

How Tax is Calculated:

The amount of tax charged by SWYFT Solutions depends on many factors including the type of product or service purchased, location of fulfillment, and the billing or delivery address of your order. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address provided to SWYFT Solutions.

As of February 2025 SWYFT Solutions collects sales tax in Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Virginia, Wisconsin, Texas and Colorado.

SWYFT Solutions is not required in all states to collect sales and use tax. If tax has not been calculated on your order, that does not mean that you do not have to remit use tax in your state. You need to check with your state’s Sales Tax Office and/or a tax professional to see if you are required to remit use tax on the items that you have purchased.

If you have a current tax-exempt certificate, for your state for the item(s) you are purchasing, please provide a copy of your tax exempt certificate to accounting@swyftsol.com.

Washington State:
