Training Grants
A training grant aims to award individuals and/or companies with the funds to pursue additional training in order to enhance their skill set, increase wage-earning opportunities, and add to the overall success of a business and/or avert a layoff situation.
Small companies, startups, and companies facing a rapidly changing workforce landscape are excellent candidates to pursue a training grant. Most grants have specific requirements for the qualification and use of funds but can help provide the capital necessary to invest in the success of their workforce.
